Why are the emojis pictures and fix the keyboard. Update please

each emoji you have to copy and paste like a picture. Ridiculous defeats the purpose. Would like an update asap or a refund. Idk how its a 4 star rating. Also the keyboard is buggy and you cant use it in social media!!!!
